Welcome to Ingrediently LLC, where every week we provide our customers with the capability of transferring a recipe ingredients to their favorite online grocery delivery service.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING AND USING OUR SITE OR ANY SERVICES

These Terms of Service are an agreement and contract entered between you and Ingrediently LLC. These Terms of Service, govern your access to use any Ingrediently LLC content. This includes on or through our website (www.santacruzsavory.com) featuring subscriptions, services, and products. We will refer to any of this content as “Services” and “Website”

This site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Ingrediently LLC and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements as well as agree with these Terms of Service. If you do not meet these requirements or agree with these Terms of Service you must not access or use the site or services provided by Ingrediently LLC.

AUTHORIZED USERS

Stated again, our website and services are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. Our website and services are only available to people who can form legally binding contracts under the law applicable to these Terms, which means that our website and services are not available to minors who are under 18 years of age. If you don’t meet these requirements you are not permitted to use our website or services. If you do use our website and services, then you have agreed to give us accurate, true, and current information required and prompted by our registration forms. You agree to update and maintain the accuracy of this information.
There is no cost to become registered on our website. There will however be some features of our website and services that are offered and only available to paying subscribers. However, you don’t have to become registered or a paying subscriber to use our website. If you’re not registered you may be unable to use certain features, products, offerings, resources, and content of our website and services. To become a registered user one must register in accordance with the instructions prompted and required by the registration forms in order to use public and community areas as well as to create a “Public Profile.” By community and public we mean any personal blog or page as well as chat rooms, bulletin boards, message boards, community activities, forums, commenting, and other similar activities where one can communicate with other users of our website by posting one's own content. Users agree not to register multiple accounts, create an account on behalf or for someone else, and create an account using false or misleading identity and information on our website.


PERMITTED USE

These terms permit you to access and use Ingrediently LLC’s services and website for your personal non-commercial use only. Ingrediently LLCants you a limited license to use our website and services. This limited license doesn’t permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, download, republish, or transmit any aspect of the content on or in our services and website. This includes recipes, text, logos, images, and any other content.



PROHIBITED USES

Use of services and websites may only follow lawful purposes in accordance with these following stipulations. Firstly, you agree to not use our services or website in any way that violates any federal, state, local, or law or regulation. Secondly, you agree to not interfere, prohibit, or restrict anyone’s use or enjoyment of Ingrediently LLC’s services or website, which shall be determined by Ingrediently LLC. Thirdly, one must not use the site in any manner that could overburden, damage, impair, break, or disable the services or website.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Ingrediently LLC is a fee-based subscription service that offers meal plan-based subscriptions at varying durations. When you sign up for any Ingrediently LLC subscription you agree and commit to the terms that you have chosen. Users of Ingrediently LLC fall under unregistered users, registered users, and paying subscribers. In order to participate in subscriptions, one must be 18 years of age or older. When registering one must fill prompted questions with accurate information that doesn’t use the name of another person, a username that is deemed inappropriate by Ingrediently LLC, and lastly use the rights of another person. When creating an account please take notice of the required password, and make a conscious effort to create a unique username and password to protect your account. Passwords such as “123456” and “password” aren’t unique and can be easily hacked. It is your responsibility for all activities performed under your user account.

Registered Accounts and Subscription accounts are provided solely for individual use, and household use. Account information shouldn’t be shared with others outside of your household, besides social aspects that are approved for sharing through our website and services.
You must have an active subscription and account to have access to Ingrediently LLC’s subscription-restricted content. Once your subscription expires you will no longer have access to current or previous meal plans, and other content of our services and website. Content will not be accessible till the subscription is renewed.

Ingrediently LLC holds the right to terminate one's account if in our sole opinion believe you are breaching our agreement through Terms of Service, or are acting in an inconsistent way with this agreement. In the case of termination, you aren’t eligible for a refund. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate one's account regardless even if its actions and reason don’t pertain to a breach of this agreement. In such a case we will refund the remainder of your subscription. This prorated refund is solely and exclusively in order to remedy such a termination. (Don’t worry, we hope we won’t ever have to use this remedy!)

Prices may be subject to change. We, Ingrediently LLC, may change our subscription prices at any time with the exception of any discount through coupon codes or promotional offers. If our subscription prices change, we will notify you by email and give you a period of time of at least one month to opt-out of the renewal or discontinue the subscription.

Part of subscription-based meal plan service is the availability of grocery shopping through third-party grocery delivery services. In these cases, our ingredient lists associated with our meal plan will be used for said grocery delivery. Ingrediently LLC, however, isn't responsible for the use of these third-party grocery delivery services. Therefore, these third-party grocery delivery services are between the user and the grocery delivery services.

PURCHASING TERMS

Payment options and fees will be displayed on the website at the time of checking out when the subscription is offered. All terms applying to Ingrediently LLC’s website subscriptions are incorporated into this agreement. Prices for all subscriptions exclude all taxes unless stated otherwise. One is responsible for the extent that applicable taxes of local laws, you are responsible for any applicable taxes. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds at this time. We invite anyone to try our subscription services as they want with our free trial in order to experience the functionality. At the end of the subscription period, we will automatically bill the card on file for your account and subscription for the following period. Automatic billing will occur unless you cancel before the next billing date. There will be no refunds for late cancellation. You can always find your billing information on the “My Account” page. You can cancel your subscription renewal anytime by clicking on the cancel subscription within the “My Account” page. When you cancel you will be able to access the subscription for the remainder of the billing cycle that you’ve already paid for. As stated once again, there will be no refunds for late cancellation. In an event that a subscription charge is unsuccessful, Ingrediently LLC will attempt to retry charges to the associated account card. You’re responsible to ensure that the information associated with your payment method is valid and correct.


MEAL PLANS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our meal plan service will upload and make available new meal plans every Friday morning each week. Upon logging into the subscriber area of our website using your subscription account’s username and password you will be able to access said meal plan.

Our services and website offer healthy recipes and information relative to healthy eating. We, Ingrediently LLC, are not a medical organization and we cannot diagnose, treat, or cure any health conditions you may have. Nothing within our website or services should constitute or be read as intentions of health advice, as they aren’t. Please consult a health expert or your doctor in situations concerning your health.

GUARANTEES

We don’t guarantee the access, availability, content, price, of any of the services offered on or through our website. You acknowledge at any time, stores whose products are offered on our website may change, cancel, or amend their products without announcement nor with your notice. We are not responsible for such changes as they may pertain to the unavailability of ingredients for recipes. Your dealings with any products of other stores offered through our website or services are between you the user and the store.

We will attempt our best at ensuring that company services are available twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year. However, on occasions, our website and services will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrade, repairs, system failures, equipment failures, acts of God, and other similar situations. We earnestly try to maintain uptime on our website and services. We aim to limit such disruptions in events within our control. You agree that in events of lack of availability or any termination of company services that Ingrediently LLC will not be liable. You additionally agree and accept that there may be technical downtime with our website and services.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold yourself solely and fully responsible for all liabilities incurred through the use of our website and services. You agree to hold harmless Ingrediently LLC, licensors, our affiliates, service providers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and other partners from and against any third party liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, fees, and other such claims arising from the use of our services and website. This includes arising out of violation of these terms, but not limited to user contributions, other Ingrediently LLC content.


GOVERNING LAW

This site and services are operated from California, United States. With the use of Ingrediently LLC services and website, you agree to the laws of the state of California and the United States. All matters related to these terms are governed by and in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without conflict of law provision or rule with other jurisdictions.

CUSTOMER POLICY

Here at Ingrediently LLC we believe that friendly and nice customers are right. We intend to constantly improve our services and welcome all feedback and creative criticisms. If you have any information please feel free to provide said ideas and information to our contact page.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT

This agreement includes any conditions, terms, and policies referenced here or included in our “Privacy Policy,” together with any additional legal notices published on our website or services. It will constitute the agreement between you and Ingrediently LLC, and supersede and cancel prior agreements made with Ingrediently LLC, unless explicitly expressed by Ingrediently LLC.
